The Ombudsman has the special responsibility of representing you within 4UM Investimentos and was created to properly address your feedback regarding our services.

All requests we receive are handled independently and impartially, with our team following up until final resolution.

By submitting your feedback, you help us improve the service standards provided by 4UM Investimentos to society, as well as the quality and effectiveness of our customer service. Therefore, your criticism, complaints, suggestions, and concerns are of fundamental importance for enhancing the quality of our services.
