4UM S&P Reais FIF MM RL is a multi-strategy investment fund that seeks to replicate the performance, in original currency, of the S&P 500 Index through allocation in derivative instruments and Brazilian federal government bonds. The fund is structured to provide investors with efficient exposure to the performance of the 500 largest U.S. companies, along with the interest rate differential between the Brazilian and U.S. base rates.
Objective
The fund’s objective is to provide medium- and long-term capital gains to its shareholders by investing in derivative instruments that replicate the original currency performance of the S&P 500 Index, along with investments in Brazilian federal government bonds.
Target Audience
General investors whose profiles align with the fund’s investment policy and who seek exposure to U.S. equities through the original currency performance of the S&P 500 Index. The product complies with the provisions of Resolutions 5,272, 4,993, and 4,994 of the National Monetary Council.
